The Good Twin

It’s an interesting read with the center of the story is human greed. Where money is more important than relationship or family. There are times where the characters questioned their motives. It’s a plain story, quite predictable, with a bit of twist in the end but it’s something I can’t put down from the start.

All the Deadly Lies (Jake Carrington Mystery #1)

It’s a book that you could read during your holiday while lounging at the pool and don’t want to think too much. It’s got plenty of drama and romance with a background story of crime and mystery. More like a diary of everyday police’s life with behind the scene of after office hours. A quick read with something to expect on each turn of the page.

Malicious (Morris Brick #3)

This is a crime story with a celebrity touch, a flair of drama, too good to be true team work between the police, private investigator and FBI and an engaging story line. I have to admit, I’m curious with who the killer is and his motives. Not until the middle of the book it’s revealed on the killer’s background. This is the reason I keep reading until the end.

The Girl with No Name (Detective Josie Quinn #2)

I love this series! It’s got everything: action, drama, twisty plot and seasoned with a psychopath and strong characters that’s unafraid to kick ass. Since this is the 2nd book from Detective Josie Quinn, there are some events in this book that’s connected with the first one.

Jar of Hearts

It’s a complete story of love triangle, betrayal, the foolishness of youth, spiced with jealousy that leads to murder and story about second chances in life all written in a perfect package. Supporting the story is characters with emotional burdens that makes me feel sometimes sympathize, angry, or confused. This is a story that part of it you could relate to. Whether you’re the popular girl (like Angela Wong), or the unnoticed beauty (like Geo) or the helplessly falling in love but get no response (like Kaiser), or the cute guy with mental issue (like Calvin), each reader could emotionally attached to it.
